To streamline flow of information and resources, each Member Company identifies one point person — the Engagement Captain — to serve as the primary liaison with EFNT. The Engagement Captain participates in the onboarding process and receives information about Plug ‘N Plays, Supply Drives and conferences. Additionally, the Engagement Captain is invited to participate in quarterly roundtable discussions with Engagement Captains from other Member Companies in an effort to share best practices and strengthen EFNT’s network.
To generate ideas and share best practices among like-minded good corporate citizens, EFNT hosts a series of gatherings for the Engagement Captains of its Member Companies. These meetings provide training to develop, manage, and improve community involvement and philanthropic programs. The discussions will encourage information sharing about a wide-range of policies, tools and templates as they relate to corporate giving, corporation infrastructure, marketing and communications, employee giving, and employee volunteerism.
This unique semi-annual series provides an exclusive group of invited guests, CEOs of our Member Companies, the rare opportunity to meet with our guest “Legend” and hear his or her stories of challenges and successes. EFNT “Legends” include Ray Hunt, T. Boone Pickens, Roger Staubach, Emmitt Smith, Sam Wyly, Jim Keyes, Anusha Ansari, Buzz Aldrin, and Phil Ramano.
To provide the tools for Member Companies to maximize their new memberships, EFNT invites Engagement Captains to review EFNT’s calendar of service days, supply drives and events. Additionally, Engagement Captains will be led through the wide array of resources enabling new Member Companies to actively enjoy all of the benefits EFNT has to offer.
In an effort to make it easy to do good, EFNT organizes Plug ‘N Plays with various Non Profit Partners throughout the year. The PNP’s are turn-key service projects that Member Company employees can simply register on EFNT’s website on a first come/first serve basis and then just show up for the program with everything else taken care of. It’s an opportunity to serve alongside other like-minded individuals from EFNT’s network of good corporate citizens.
This is the “place to be” if there is a Company that wants to find out more about the value proposition of an EFNT Membership. Member Company prospects will hear from EFNT staff as well as testimonials from current Member Companies and EFNT Board Members.
An exclusive evening with the C-level women of EFNT Member Companies to discuss current “hot topics” in the marketplace, as well as network and share ideas with their peers. From time to time, we may also host events at non profits or plan on having other women leaders address the group either from the for profit or non profit sectors.
EFNT hosts drives for food. books, clothing, accessories, etc. based on the needs of non profits in the community. EFNT makes the drive management turn-key so that Member Companies can easily implement it within their office. In addition to having employees participate in the effort, Member Companies have the opportunity to engage clients, building tenants and vendors in their drives as well.
